Here's an ad for one of these booklets from the 1960s, and see many covers, 1944 - 1991.


Below: Pp. 15-16.
A rip-out-and-mail-in postal card is attached between pages 15 & 16 ("FREE STARTER KIT OFFER") blocks the lower half of the photo on the right-hand page (red arrow).
The two pages below the top ones show (red arrows) what happens when the card is flipped aside; the blank part of the attachment still covers the photo until it too is folded away (bottom).
