age (of the cellophane, not of me)
probably affected the material.

1/2" (about 9 cm), the smaller outer
tube 2 x 11/16" (about 5
x 1.7 cm) and - whew! - the larger inner
tube 2 1/4 x 5/8" (about
5.6 x 1.5 cm).
