The cellophane encloses a fold-out
piece of cardboard (below) around
which wind the pad holder and waist
band to hold the pad holder.
Right below
you see the outside of the silk holder
with the waist band underneath.

the vulva side of the holder into
which slips the menstrual pad, held in
place by the two bands and the sides
and ends of the holder. The holder
measures 11.75" x 2.75" (30 x 7.2 cm).
The tab (bottom picture) is 6.5" (16.5
cm and 0.5" wide) from the end of the
holder but can be adjusted; see why it should be.
