"Memorial"
that there is a connection, to lost
possibilities of life, of youth, Laid
out
with care and respect, celebrated
rather than hurriedly disposed of.
Laid out in
a way that is a reminder of bodies,
coffins or crosses on a battlefield
ie. a
kind of memorial; also a kind of
calendar recording time and place.The
layout
or presentation is discreet,
decorative, the essence of femininity.
The use of
ceramic underlines that the pads are
vulnerable, breakable, won't last
forever.
